Giving Back to the Community... and Beyond! I have been very blessed by the community I serve. I believe in giving back on a personal basis, but I have also made a commitment to give back as part of my business model. Following every real estate transaction in which I am involved, I will make a donation to one or more churches, charities, missions, community organizations or international programs. This donation comes directly out of my proceeds. It does not affect your closing expenses, nor is my commission 'padded' to allow for this expense. It is simply a way of giving back and thanking the great people I have met in the process. In the past, I have selected the area of donation. But with all the various needs, causes and possibilities out there, I don't want to limit giving to only a few organizations. For that reason, I will allow you to designate which charity, church, organization or community project to whom you wish me to contribute and I will be honored to do so accordingly. My only request is that it be a legitimate group or cause and not for personal gain. You can let me know at any time during the marketing phase which organization you are fond of and I will make that donation shortly after the closing date. You can simply contact me during the closing process of your home trasaction to designate the organization of your choice. If you have not made a designation I will make the donation in a rotation-type basis. I have teamed up with Operation Blessing to be involved in the following programs this year: Although the proceeds come out of my commission, they will be made in your honor.
